Inventory is organised across locations, zones, and bins so "it's somewhere in the warehouse" becomes an actual address. Whether you're running one depot or several, stock levels are visible and accurate across all of them.


Each technician has a virtual parts bin representing what they're carrying in the field. Parts are transferred from the warehouse to their bin before a job, with an approval step built in so movements are authorised, tracked, and nothing goes unaccounted for.
When a technician uses a part, they log it in the work order on their phone. That consumption is recorded against the job and deducted from their bin in one step, creating a clean, auditable trail from warehouse to work order.


Set minimum stock thresholds and FieldEx flags when levels drop below them. The right people get notified before a job gets delayed because a critical part ran out.
